Store Refund Policy Our products may be returned for store credit within 30 days of original purchase, provided they are unopened and in "like new" condition. The following items may not be returned; fabric, kits, copy righted items, consignment items, Bernina Machines, gift certificates and sale/clearance items. No Cash Refunds. Class Policy If we cancel a class, you will receive a full refund of the class fee by store credit, credit card, or check refund. If you are unable to attend a class and give us 10 days notice, we will give you an in store credit of your class fee. There is no refund for missing a class and we do not move payment to another class. There is no refund for national events and visiting teachers, unless we can sell your spot from our wait list.
