FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100!
We ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, with delivery in 3-7 business days. Please note, delivery times are not guaranteed, and shipments to APO/FPO addresses, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may take longer. For large, oversized, or awkward items, we will contact you regarding shipping costs. We use USPS tracking and do our best to ship your orders in the most economical way and only charge actual shipping fees.You will receive notification when your order is ready!
Please know that we do our best to show fabric/products as true to color/form as possible. Color may vary slightly from image on your screen - if you are unsure on the color please reach out via phone or email for clarification.
Store Refund Policy- Our products may be returned for store credit within 30 days of original purchase, provided they are unopened and in "like new" condition. The following items may not be returned; fabric, kits, copy righted items, consignment items, Bernina Machines, gift certificates and sale/clearance items. No Cash Refunds.
Class Policy- If we cancel a class, you will receive a full refund of the class fee by store credit, credit card, or check refund. If you are unable to attend a class and give us 10 days notice, we will give you an in-store credit of your class fee. There is no refund for missing a class and we do not move payment to another class. There is no refund for national events and visiting teachers, unless we can sell your spot from our wait list.
