Happy 4th of July!

Hello SLH Followers,

Happy 4th of July week! I hope all of you get a day off to go out and play or stay in and sew. The forecast appears to be rain so I suppose a full day to sew wouldn't be too terrible would it?!

"Name Those Babies" Contest Winners

We've chosen names for our baby girls! No, they have not been born yet (we have a few more weeks still!). However, the suspense is killing me on telling you all what names we've decided on so I am choosing winners early so that I can tell you!

Tech Status

As of today our technicians have 4 machines waiting for parts, 1 machine on the bench and 5 in que. There is a good chance we will have these cleared out by the end of the week so now is a great time to bring your machine in for cleaning or service. And don't forget we have our Gift card promotion running right now; if you bring in your machine for a full service you will receive a $30 gift card to spend in the store! This promotion runs through July 31st!

New Patterns

We've just received a new line of patterns from Sewholic that are too cute to pass up. They arrived just in time for summer garment sewing. Come in and check them out or find her online at sewholic.net! She has some adorable things that come out very professional looking!






New Fabric

Who doesn't love getting new fabric? 



I feel so many projects coming on with this fabric! Ironing board cover, sewing machine cover, curtains for the sewing room.. the list goes on and on! Ohhh.. what about a cute sewing supply tote!! Must start working on something.. afterall the babies' room doesn't really need curtains right?! 

And, you can now purchase Seams Like Home fabric!! YAY!!



Ohhh.. what to make with this?! I may need a new messenger bag!

And for your convenience and sewing fun Seams Like Home will be open normal (summer) hours on the 4th of July!
