This is a support class for hand embroidery; At each meeting you will be introduce to various new stitches & techniques, show & tell, and items in the market that can support your assorted projects and enhance your skills. Bring your own project to work on, whether you are a beginner or expert all are welcome. Be prepared to have a great time gathering together with this one focus.
Start your new year off with an exciting adventure in Town Topography. You'll explore a variety of techniques as you construct 1 block a month to create a stunning quilt top. This is a year-long commitment, but so worth the time! We have two color run options: Spring - featuring cotton prints in raspberry, mint, lemon and chocolate Autumn - featuring batiks in blueberry, spinach, pumpkin and plum We also have two setting options: Traditional - sashing between the set straight blocks with 2 borders resulting in a 59" x 73" quilt top. Modern - blocks spaced apart with lots of negative space resulting in a 73" x 73" quilt top.

Sewing
Beginner Sewing skills to create items that will help them stay organized.

This class is designed for students who took the Classes Shirt class previously and want to make the shirt again.

Sew cozy sweatshirts for everyone you know with the Adult Classic Sweatshirt sewing pattern! This sweatshirt has a relaxed fit for easy layering and includes options for a hoodie or crew neck. The sleeves include options for semi-fitted or relaxed fit. The Classic Sweatshirt comes together quickly and is a unisex pattern.

This is an opportunity for students who want to work on sewing garments with others. You will bring your own project to work on, with Debby along side you to assist with questions!
Cost: $ 25.00
This class is designed to learn techniques that are used in garment sewing. Students must be comfortable using their sewing machine. We will discuss using clothing patterns and learn and practice techniques that will improve your garment sewing skills.
Cost: $ 90.00
This is an very comfortable & easy top to make. Even if you haven't sewn a garment before, you can do this. I've extended the sizes of this pattern to fit most. My adjustments can accommodate busts 60 inches or less (at the widest point). In class we will trace my patterns to fit your individual shape and most of my students leave with a garment ready to wear the same day. Note: VERY IMPORTANT!!! Machine washing and machine drying (HOT) to pre-shrink your fabric prior to class is required homework.

Come join us and make your own Snow Skirt in a weekend at Seams Like Home. You can choose from the original Snow Skirt, the SnoMotion and It?s a Wrap. We will meet on Friday evening to get started and complete your skirt on Saturday. You will be so much warmer this winter in your own insulated skirt and you can choose the colors and trim!

Class Policy
There are no refunds on class fees for National teachers and Bernina Events within 60 days of class date unless we can fill your spot with another student.
The class refund will be given as an in-store credit. A lot of work goes into bringing up National teachers and events. Thank you for respecting our policy.
