Wow! Big applause to Carrie for handling our "Odd Duck" customer of the day! Customer didn't understand that you don't get rewards on your reward. The interaction was loud enough for me to hear in the the office. Carrie handled it professionally, patiently and with clarity.
Customer still didn't get it...but now I have the wisdom of Carrie's words to reiterate when I am approached. And people think all we do is play with fabric!
