Advanced Sewing Techniques for Garment
In this class, students will become familiar and practice techniques used in garment construction; seam finishes, pressing techniques, hems, collars, buttonhole, zippers, shaping techniques, and understanding commercial patterns. Each student will choose a simple garment to construct using the skills learned in class.
Students must be confident using their sewing machine and have taken Beginning Sewing 101 or show evidence of comparable skills.
